The work order is placed when this fee is received and confirmed (No payment No Work!!) Non-functioning Webpages, or "PROOF" banners, signs, etc. will be displayed via email for the customers approval, and the final work will be delivered via email. Upon receipt of the clients balance, we will electronically transfer the files. We can install the new banners, to the clients server via FTP at the clients request.
We reserve the right to impose a fee for this service.
We also reserve the right to refuse work it has deemed offensive or inappropriate.
A 30 day warranty is given against HTML errors, but this warranty is null and void if the user makes enhancements or changes " within this period. It is easier for us to fix our own work, a fee of 45.00 per hour will be charged to RE-DO work due to customer error. We wrote it, let us fix it!! ( besides if you could do it yourself, why would you need us!!)
These policies are subject to updates, and should be reviewed, when placing new orders.
Changes made after an order is delivered, are NOT Retroactive, (they do not change previous arrangements with clients ).
All credit card purchases are subject to verification, and approval. Upon completion of the order, a sample of the completed product will be sent via email for approval. Once approved the client aggree's to fax a signature and acceptance of the order. Upon receipt of this acceptance the final work will be realeased to the client via electronic transfer.
